This is an English translation of the Japanese privacy policy. If there is any difference between the two, the Japanese version prevails.

YOH-TECH Corp. ("we", "us") sets out this privacy policy ("this Policy") to describe how information is handled on this website (yoh-tech.github.io, "this Site").

1. About this Site

This Site is a static website for introducing the applications we develop and provide, and for offering support information. It has no features that ask you to register or enter personal information.

2. Information collected

This Site itself does not actively collect personal information such as visitors' names or email addresses. However, this Site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and access logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of access, etc.) may be recorded by the hosting provider. For details, please see the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

The privacy policy of each app is published separately on that app's support page. Those policies have a different scope from this Policy, which covers this Site (company information and support navigation), so please check them as well.

3. Inquiries

The "Contact us by email" button on each app's support page opens your own email app so that you can send an email directly to us (info [at] yoh-tech.com). This Site's server does not collect or store the contents, but we will receive and keep the email address and message you send as an email.

Information obtained through inquiries is used only to answer and handle that inquiry, and is not kept beyond what is necessary for that purpose once the inquiry has been handled. Except as required by law, we do not provide such information to third parties.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

To understand how this Site is viewed, we use "Cloudflare Web Analytics", an analytics tool provided by Cloudflare, Inc. This tool does not use cookies and does not identify or track individual visitors. It collects only statistical information such as the pages viewed, referrers, browser and device types, and country or region. For details, please see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide information obtained in connection with the use of this Site to third parties.

6. Links to external sites

This Site contains links to external sites such as the App Store. The handling of information on linked sites is governed by the privacy policies of those sites. We are not responsible for how information is handled on linked sites.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy when necessary. The revised privacy policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
