This is an English translation of the Japanese privacy policy. If there is any difference between the two, the Japanese version prevails.

BIT PARK Corporation ("we", "us") sets out this privacy policy ("this Policy") to describe how user information is handled in the application "FX Lot Size Calculator" (FX Lot 計算機, "the App") provided by us.

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or location, nor any information that identifies your device. The App does not serve ads, use usage-analytics tools, or collect crash logs.

2. Information stored on your device

The calculation data you enter in the App, such as your account balance, risk %, stop loss and selected currency, and the retrieved exchange rates, are stored only on your device for use the next time you open the App. This information is never sent to our servers.

3. Retrieving exchange rates

The App connects to our server to retrieve the exchange rates used for calculations. No user information is sent in this connection; however, due to how network communication works, information such as your IP address and access time may be recorded on the server. We use this information only to keep the service running stably.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide the information we obtain to third parties without your consent.

5. Contact

Support and inquiries for the App are handled by YOH-TECH Corp., the developer of the App. Information you provide when contacting us, such as your email address, is used only to answer and respond to your inquiry. 6. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy when necessary. The revised privacy policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
