Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of the Japanese privacy policy. If there is any difference between the two, the Japanese version prevails.

BIT PARK Corporation ("we", "us") sets out this privacy policy ("this Policy") to describe how user information is handled in the application "Okurinko" (おくりん子, "the App") provided by us.

1. Information we collect

To provide the file transfer service, the App collects only the following information.

• The files you select for sending, and their file names
• Information recorded due to how network communication works when connecting to the server (IP address, access time, etc.)

The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts, nor any information that identifies your device. The App does not use usage-analytics tools or advertising tracking, and does not collect crash logs.

2. Access to photos and files

Through the standard iOS pickers, the App accesses only the photos, videos and files you select. It never reads your entire photo library or all of your files.

3. Handling of files

Sent files are stored on the servers of "Okurinbo" (おくりん坊), a file transfer service operated by us, and a download URL is issued for each file. Files are kept for 3 days after sending, can be downloaded up to 10 times during that period, and are deleted automatically when the storage period ends. Other handling is governed by the Terms of Use of Okurinbo (in Japanese).

Anyone who knows a download URL can download the file. Please send the URL only to the people you want to share the file with. We do not view or use the contents of sent files beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

Temporary files created on your device for sending are deleted when the transfer is complete.

4. Sending download URLs

The features for sending download URLs by email or other apps use the standard iOS email composer and share features. Neither the App nor we obtain or store the recipients or the content of your messages.

5. Information stored on your device

The App stores on your device only a record of whether you have agreed to the Terms of Use. This information is never sent outside your device.

6. Purposes of use

• To provide the file transfer service
• To prevent misuse and operate the service securely

7. Disclosure to third parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide the information we obtain to third parties without your consent.

8. Security

Communication between the App and the server is encrypted with HTTPS. We strive to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the information we obtain.

9. Contact

Support and inquiries for the App are handled by YOH-TECH Corp., the developer of the App. Information you provide when contacting us, such as your email address, is used only to answer and respond to your inquiry. 10. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy when necessary. The revised privacy policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
