You can send up to 20 files, 500 MB in total, per transfer. Any file format can be sent — photos and videos, as well as PDFs and documents. Choose photos and videos with "Select from Photos & Videos", and other files with "Add Files", from the Files app, iCloud Drive and so on.

No. The files you select are sent one by one in their original form, without compression or bundling into a ZIP file.

No. When the transfer is complete, a download URL is issued for each file. The recipient just opens the URL and can download the file in a web browser, without the app.

Files are kept on the server for 3 days after sending, and can be downloaded up to 10 times during that period. Files are deleted automatically when the storage period ends.

On the transfer-complete screen, use "Compose Email" to send it by email, or "Send Another Way" to send it with any app you use, such as LINE or Messages. You choose the recipient in the email or in each app.

No. You can use the app right away, without registering or logging in.

Communication between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS.

Check your network connection (Wi-Fi / mobile data), update the app to the latest version, and try again. For large files, we recommend sending over Wi-Fi. If the problem persists, please contact us below.

Please use the "Contact" button below. It helps a lot if you include what happened, your device model and your iOS version.
